I am currently following a Mediter-Asian fusion nutritional plan, eating twice a day with a morning protein shake prior to workouts. Green tea and water following morning coffee. No sugar, very low carb, clean fats. Intermittent fasting on a 14/8 window. Goals include weight loss and deeper sleep cycles (currently getting between 6-7 hours consistently per night).

I’ll let you know after the next 90 days how this new protocol plays out. Let me know if you have experience with any of these supplements or protocols.
