Biohacking can be a complex affair. Though the benefits are unquestionably worth the effort, I’ve found myself over the years wishing someone would just make it easier to know what I should take, what I should eat, how much, etc.

Enter Bryan Johnson – and Blueprint.  Bryan is self-proclaimed to be the most measured human in history.  We are all benefitting from his obsession with longevity and vitality.  Bryan was a tech genius, until he turned his brilliance toward health and wellness.

After years of measuring and tweaking his own longevity protocols, Bryan made his biohack stack available to the rest of us.

I started the Blueprint Stack this month and I’m excited to see just what results I get.  It’s a pretty simple system: morning drink consisting of a cocktail of supplements, a few pills spread out over the course of your eating window, a pudding and berry mix for afternoon protein, and the purest olive oil on the market today.

My next round of blood tests are due in late December, so I’ll be sure to update you on the results. In the meanwhile, check out the Blueprint data on Bryan’s site – and as he’s known for saying, Don’t Die!
