Recently, I decided to take up painting. I had tried this when I was young and did not feel I had a natural artistic talent for visual arts. So I let it go. But these days I am up for being a beginner again, for adopting a student mindset, for following wherever joy leads me.

Knowing nothing about painting, or how to even start, I decided to try the basic adult paint-by-number kits available in many art stores and on Amazon.
